Many dry bulk materials have physical properties that lead to rapid caking and clumping during storage. The main obstacle to the unloading of difficult-to-flow material is the formation of seals, arches and so-called "rat holes" in the cavity of the bunker or silo.
Solving the problem of unloading caked product is of great importance from the point of view of increasing the productivity of the enterprise.
To intensify the unloading of bulk materials, "Complex Communications" proposes to use a vibro-cone as an unloading device for all types of bulk materials: difficult-to-flow and arch-forming, dry, dusty and granular. In comparison with aeration systems, its main advantage is the ability to prevent fluidization of the material, which has a positive effect on some types of bulk materials when they are packed in bags, as well as they are shipped to silos. The flanged design with a 60 ° tilt of the discharge opening makes it easy to mount the cone to any silo or hopper, even after they have been installed.

In addition to the electro-mechanical intensification of the unloading of difficult-to-flow materials, "Complex Communications" also supplies aeration nozzles. They are used for shaking hard-flowing, dry, non-sticking, powdery materials with compressed air. The advantage of this system is that the nozzles are located outside the bulk material flow and are serviced from the outside of the hopper device.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The vibrations of the vibrator are transmitted directly through the vibration elements to the vibrating box, thus setting it in motion. As a result of this, the bulk material becomes loose, the vaults crumble, providing the exit of the material.
Often, to induce the flow, production workers apply additional vibration to the walls of the silo using self-made vibrating devices. As a result of such actions, welded joints are destroyed, the tightness of the joints is broken, supports and fasteners break, which leads to damage to the silo. The result of this incident will be significant material damage to the enterprise, and possibly the death of people.

ATTENTION! POSITIONING THE VIBRATION ELEMENT DIRECTLY ON THE BODY OF THE SILO MAY CAUSE CRITICAL DESTRUCTION AND CAUSE AN EMERGENCY.
